Common Uses For This Medicine
1- For the relief of symptoms associated with ALLERGIC RHINITIS
2- For the relief of symptoms associated with ACUTE NASOPHARYNGITIS [COMMON COLD]
3- For the treatment of ALLERGIC URTICARIA (PRURITUS)
4- For the treatment of ANGIOEDEMA OF FACE, LIPS, TONGUE, GLOTTIS, LARYNX.
How To Use This Medicine
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
* Take this medicine WITH food, a meal, or a snack. Do not take on an empty stomach.
* Swallow whole, unless otherwise directed by your physician. DO NOT crush or chew sustained release preparations.
What To Do If You Miss A Dose
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
How To Store This Medicine
Keep in original closed container in a dark, cool, and dry place away from children. Discard unneeded medicine.

Narrowing of airway passage; Swelling usually of face or lips; Hypersensitivity reactions; Severe allergic reaction.
Call Your Doctor Immediately If You Experience
Breathing difficulty; Thickening of bronchial secretion.
Other Side Effects
Irregular heartbeat; Headache; Diarrhea; Difficult urination; Coordination difficulty; Constipation; Dry mouth; Blurred vision;
Drowsiness; Weight gain; Vomiting; Tingling; Mouth ulcers; Sedation; Skin rash; Dizziness when getting up; Increased
sensitivity to sunlight; Swelling of the extremities; Nasal congestion; Nausea; Increased appetite; Unusual tiredness or
weakness; Dizziness; Dry throat; Skin inflammation; Abnormal blood cell count; Abdominal discomfort or pain; Rapid heart rate;
Slowness of heartbeat; Decreased appetite.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE,
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
Precautions And Warnings
* There are no adequate or well-controlled safety studies in pregnant women. NOTIFY YOUR DOCTOR IF PREGNANT or intend to become
pregnant.
* STOP TAKING MEDICINE & GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF A HYPERSENSITIVITY OR ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION occurs: (see symptoms
below):-
* shortness of breath, fast or irregular breathing, fever, joint pain, fast pulse, lightheadedness or fainting, swelling of
face, hives, & itching.
* This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. DO NOT drive or operate machinery until you become familiar
with its effects.
* AVOID concurrent use of alcohol or other CNS depressants as it may intensify the drowsiness, dizziness, or lightheadedness
effect of this medicine.
* Because of INTERACTION with other drugs, report the use of any other prescription and nonprescription medicines to your
doctor.
* The results of some MEDICAL or LAB tests may be affected by this medicine. Inform the doctor in charge that you are taking
this medicine.
* This medicine may cause increased sensitivity to the sun. You should AVOID prolonged or excessive exposure to direct and/or
artificial sunlight.
* This medicine should be used with EXTREME CAUTION in patients having an acute ASTHMA attack, bronchial asthma or chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease
